What does cancelling cost?
Free more than 72 hours before your start, 50% refundable between 24 and 72 hours, and no rental refund within 24 hours.
The tiers
- More than 72 hours before start: full refund of the rental amount.
- 24 to 72 hours before start: 50% of the rental amount is refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before start: the rental amount is not refunded.
Always refunded
Your security deposit is returned in full whenever you cancel. Delivery charges are not refunded once the gear has left for delivery.
Good to know
If you have not paid yet, nothing is collected — bookings are paid at handover.
