- To run your bookings, deliveries, pickups and returns.

- Verification documents are stored privately and reviewed by our team only, for rental verification purposes only.
- Your documents are never shown to other customers and never published.
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
What we will never ask for
MatchMyLens will never ask you for your password, card PIN or banking OTP — not on this website, and not by email, phone or WhatsApp. There is no separate fee for identity verification.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and personal information at any time by contacting us below. Some records (such as invoices) may be kept where the law requires it.
