How do I delete my account?

Contact support and ask us to delete your account.

What you need to do

  1. Open Contact support.
  2. Choose Account.
  3. Ask for account deletion.

What happens next

We close any open bookings first, then remove your personal details and documents. Paperwork we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, is retained.
