When do I get my deposit back?

After the returned gear passes inspection and your booking moves to Completed.

What happens next

  1. You return the gear.
  2. We inspect it.
  3. Any agreed charges are settled.
  4. The remaining deposit is returned to you.

You will see the booking move to Completed once this is done.
