How long is gear held for me?

Gear is held while you complete checkout, and stays held while we review your booking request.

What this means

  • During checkout: a short hold keeps the gear reserved while you finish.
  • After you send the request: the hold continues while our team reviews it, so it cannot be booked by someone else.

If a hold expires

Your gear is released back to the catalogue. Send the request again and we will re-check availability.
