How do I cancel my booking?

Open the booking and tap Cancel, or contact support if you cannot see the option.

Steps

  1. Open My Bookings.
  2. Tap the booking.
  3. Tap Cancel and give a reason.

What happens next

Your gear is released and you get a cancellation email confirming your refund position.
